When you register for an event you provide: full name, age, email address, phone number, emergency contact name and phone number, and optional information such as physical limitations, prior experience, and additional notes. If a participant is under 18, a parent or guardian's name, relationship, and consent are also collected.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address via Button Down (buttondown.email). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
Donation payments are processed by Stripe. ConiFriends does not receive or store your payment card details. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for how your payment data is handled.
